Responsibilities

AS A PROCUREMENT TECHNICIAN (STUDENT), YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Collaborating with a dedicated team: You will integrate essential information, update records, and produce reports that make a difference.
  • Supporting our experts: You will be a pillar for our advisors and buyers, assisting them with various administrative tasks such as issuing purchase orders and managing suppliers.
  • Optimizing our processes: You will participate in the operationalization of agreements and update our catalog using information provided by our buyers.
  • Exploring and analyzing: You will conduct research on products and services and analyze procurement needs to ensure the best solutions.
  • Managing and planning: You will handle the renewal of certain contracts and organize your activities to achieve set objectives. • Ensuring quality: You will help control costs, quality, and adherence to deadlines while maintaining professional relationships with our suppliers.

Desired Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in administration, law, or any other related field connected to procurement.
  • Available to work 15 to 20 hours per week during the semester, Monday to Friday (daytime schedule).
  • Approximately two years of experience in administration.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English, as the role involves daily interactions with unilingual English-speaking internal and external partners (about 50% of partners), both verbally and in writing, and handling contracts in English (about 40% of contracts).
  • Comfortable with the Windows environment and the Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Highly meticulous, proactive, organized, and possessing strong analytical skills.
