Permanent/continuing, full-time appointment Level 6/7: $94,998 - $117,633 + 17% superannuation We are seeking a Student Programs Specialist (Orientation & Onboarding) to oversee the design and delivery of compliant, high-quality orientation and transition programs. In this pivotal role, you will ensure all commencing cohorts receive timely, accessible and accurate information and support that meet institutional objectives and sector-wide regulatory requirements. About the Role In this position, you will take responsibility for the operational compliance of orientation and onboarding programs, drawing on expertise within the Student Engagement Unit to ensure offerings meet all relevant legislative and regulatory obligations. You will lead the continuous improvement of sessional orientation by analysing compliance reviews, student feedback and emerging sector requirements. A key component of the role is coordinating university-wide orientation and transition activity, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and the cohesive delivery of clear, compliant and high-quality communications. You will work collaboratively across the University to design and deliver student engagement programs that enhance the student experience and contribute to institutional student equity outcomes, while also supporting the integration of peer-based programs to provide engaging and compliant student support. The role requires effective operational management to ensure all program components are accessible, measurable and reportable against relevant standards.
