POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Supervisor – Golf Services responsible for all rental equipment such as power carts and pull carts, provides janitorial services inside and outside of the clubhouse, and assists the Clerk as required. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Picks up golf balls manually and using a motorized golf cart. Loads ball dispenser. Assists customers as required (public relations). Moves tee markers on range. Performs light janitorial duties. Cleans equipment. Marshals golf carts. Assists clerk, starter, and ranger as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience: Previous experience working/volunteering on a golf course an asset. Knowledge and experience with the game of golf an asset. Previous customer service experience an asset. Skills & Abilities: Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must be highly motivated and work well in a team environment. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Superior customer service skills and the ability to deal with the public in a courteous and tactful manner.
