Hourly rate of $25/hour and 10 hours per week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree with at least two years of experience in student recruitment, advising, or student services will also be considered

  • Ability to work independently and represent FSU professionally in outreach settings
About the University: A member institution of the University System of Maryland, Frostburg State University is a public, comprehensive, largely residential regional university offering programs in the sciences, education, business, the arts and humanities at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. FSU prides itself on being a dynamic, learning-centered institution that emphasizes teaching with opportunities for professional development and research. More than 4,000 students enroll yearly.
Responsibilities

  • Use designated office space at AACC to meet with prospective students and assist with FSU application and enrollment
  • Organize and attend recruitment events, including transfer fairs and classroom presentations, at AACC and nearby institutions

  • Develop and distribute promotional materials (flyers, brochures, presentations)

  • Oversee the use and coordination of FSU laboratory spaces and equipment located at AACC.
