  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Student Recruitment Associate plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and enrolling prospective students into our academic programs. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively represent the institution, guide prospective students through the admissions journey, and contribute to meeting enrollment targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Student Outreach & Engagement
  • Conduct outreach to prospective students through calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, career events, school visits, and webinars.
  • Provide accurate program information, entry requirements, and career outcomes.
  • Admissions Support
  • Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring timely completion of requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and applications in the CRM system.
  • Support the admissions team in verifying documentation and eligibility.
  • Relationship Building
  • Build strong relationships with school counselors, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Nurture leads and provide ongoing support to prospective students and their families.
  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract students.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, success stories, and testimonials.
  • Leverage digital platforms to engage with student communities.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Achieve recruitment and enrollment targets within assigned regions/programs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and student needs to management.
