Are you passionate about higher education and driven to make a difference in student recruitment? Join Kingston University’s dynamic Student Recruitment and Marketing team as a Student Recruitment Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the journey of future students.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll support the delivery of impactful recruitment and conversion activities - from building relationships with schools and colleges to coordinating engaging events and CRM communications. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on maximising lead generation and applicant conversion, helping Kingston University meet its strategic recruitment goals.

THE PERSON

We’re seeking a proactive and organised individual. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within higher education or student recruitment.

-Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently and deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical skills and confidence working with data and CRM systems.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and work occasional weekends/ evenings.
  • A genuine interest in promoting fair access and supporting prospective students.
