Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Sales & Business development - Identify potential clients and individual learners, formulate sales plans; Conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor offerings
- Agent Servicing - Build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally; provide agents with comprehensive info on programs, admission etc.; work closely with admissions team to process applications
- Student Advisory - Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media; provide detailed info on programs, requirements and financial aid options
- Administration - Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports; Respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates
