ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Student Recruitment Manager to lead our student recruitment operation at Concreted Education. You will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Student Recruitment Officers and Team Leaders, ensuring that recruitment targets are consistently achieved. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for guiding students toward their future education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of Student Recruitment Officers and Team Leaders.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
• Monitor team performance, set objectives, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Represent Concreted Education at recruitment fairs, open days, and other promotional events.
• Analyse recruitment data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop recruitment campaigns and materials.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the student recruitment journey.
