QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Education, Business, Public Relations, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in student recruitment, admissions, marketing, or related roles (experience in private schools or education consultancy preferred);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin or another second language is a strong asset);
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations;
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work independently under pressure;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

    Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON N2G 1W

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets;
  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including inquiry handling, student interviews, documentation, and follow-ups;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, international agents, feeder schools, and other recruitment channels;
  • Represent the school at recruitment fairs, open houses, webinars, and other promotional events;
  • Organize campus tours and presentations for prospective students and parents;
  • Maintain accurate admissions records and regularly report on recruitment performance and market trends;
  • Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for incoming students;
  • Monitor student satisfaction post-enrollment and provide feedback for continuous improvement;
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regional education policies.
