Ace Acumen Heights is a Languages Canada accredited designated learning institution (DLI), a private international institution located in Toronto, Ontario. The Highschool is seeking a professional who will be responsible for the East Asian (CHINA) domestic and international markets for student recruitment, analyzing and evaluating international student applications and supporting documents to determine equivalencies and admissions eligibility of students to our secondary and ESL programs.
This position is expected to work on-site at the Highschool’s campus; it is NOT a remote job.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in a related field from a publicly accredited institution is mandatory
• Knowledge of educational systems and international secondary & post-secondary curriculums of other countries is an asset
• One year of relevant work experience, including experience in a multicultural and/or international setting
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools ( e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Redbook, etc.)
• Fluent in a language other than English is considered an asset, preferred experience with East Asian (CHINA) educational systems

• Accomplish the specified and mandatory goal(s) metrics enrolment numbers
• Provide information regarding programs, application status, and program eligibility to applicant
• Research and report updates of overseas and domestic education markets to develop an effective marketing strategy and plan
• Communicate through various channels with oversea business partners and maintain international recruitment partnership
• Manage agency contacts and assist with agent requests
• Assist with student attendance rates on a daily basis and ensure high quality student control
• Organize and attend student orientations, education fairs and other marketing events
• Promote ESL, College and High School programs in markets listed above
• Collect feedback and remain in communication with international students and agents to update them about school news and events
• Support and contribute to the School’s educational marketing and social media strategies to create engaging content, posts/updates and interactions with the community; organizing education fairs and other marketing events; attending outside / third party events related to recruitment, admissions and marketing of the school
• Update school news on website and social media on a daily basis
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and success
