European Management School is expanding its international student recruitment team and is hiring 20 Student Recruitment Officers to support student admissions and recruitment activities.

Student Recruitment Officer

Number of Vacancies: 20

Location: International / Remote opportunities may be available

Job Responsibilities

• Promote EMS academic programs to prospective students.
• Respond to student enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Guide prospective students about programs, admission requirements and application procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
• Generate and manage student leads.
• Maintain professional communication with students and applicants.
• Participate in online recruitment campaigns, webinars and education events.
• Achieve assigned student recruitment and enquiry-conversion targets.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in education, student counselling, sales or international recruitment.
• Ability to communicate confidently with students from different countries.
• Good follow-up and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp and social media.
