We are seeking motivated and dynamic Recruitment/Sales Agents to join our team and help expand our reach.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in education, training, or a technical industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated in a commission-based environment.
  • Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the electrical industry and the importance of training and certifications is preferred, but not required
Responsibilities

As a Recruitment/Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling potential students in our electrical training courses. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively promoting our course offerings to individuals and organizations. This role is commission-based, offering high earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Outreach: Identify potential students and organizations that could benefit from our electrical training courses through various channels, including social media, networking, and cold calling.
  • Sales and Enrollment: Engage with prospects to understand their training needs, present course offerings, and close sales by enrolling students in the appropriate programs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with ongoing support and information about additional training opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs to effectively position our courses.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and insights into market trends to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. Commissions are paid based on the number of students successfully enrolled in our courses.
