As a Student Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to address inquiries, fulfill requests, and resolve concerns, all while delivering a welcoming and personalized shopping experience. Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, this opportunity is ideal for a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

• Provide a courteous and efficient customer experience to all customers.
• Heavy lifting required on occasion to unload truck shipments and load customer orders into vehicles.
• Provide customers with advice on appropriate merchandise and related items.
• Process cash, credit card, and debit card payments through the POS system and Moneris banking terminals.
• Ticketing and replenishing merchandise.
• General retail tasks and housekeeping such as merchandise replenishment, organizing gondolas, shelves, the power aisle, and storage areas
