We’re looking for a passionate and resilient Student Services Advisor to join our campus team and help deliver an exceptional student experience from enrolment through to graduation. About the role As a key frontline support professional, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for students, providing guidance, advice, and end-to-end support across a wide range of enquiries and situations. You’ll help students navigate university systems, policies, and support services while working collaboratively with teams across the university to achieve positive outcomes. This is a Permanent - Full time role, onsite based at our Wakefield Street Campus, in Adelaide. Candidates must hold full working rights within Australia. What you’ll do Deliver high-quality student support and case management Resolve enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and accountability Guide students through university policies, systems, and processes Manage sensitive or complex student situations confidently Maintain accurate records and case notes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support student success Contribute to campus events including Orientation, Open Days, and Graduations Who you are You’re a people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed. You bring: Strong customer service, student support, or advisory experience Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Confidence handling challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism Strong organisational and problem-solving skills The ability to learn and apply complex information quickly A collaborative, team-first mindset Experience in higher education or case management systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded but not essential.
