ABOUT THE POST:
The Student Services Office is seeking to fill the role of Student Services Co-ordinator – Societies. The successful candidate will join the Student Services Team which delivers an A-Z of non-academic/out of classroom supports and services to students. This unique role offers an opportunity to provide administrative support to the university’s student led societies.
The role involves working closely with the student body in the planning, organising, and roll out of events and activities for all societies in addition to their budget allocation, spend management and reporting deliverables. It also includes supporting the merchandise offering to students and the Bahrain student exchange programme.
Located in the Student Services Office at the university’s main campus in Stephen’s Green,
Dublin 2, this is a fully on-site role.

The Student Services Office delivers a wide range of non-academic supports and services to the student body. It also acts as a ‘First Stop Information Shop’ where students can get answers to a wide range of questions and queries including signposting to a host of other services delivered by the university. The office operates an open-door policy and students can call in anytime – they do not have to make appointments. The office mantra being; ‘If we can’t help you ourselves, we are sure to know someone who can’. The office is home to over 85 clubs and societies and all student led events are also managed from this location. In its efforts to best serve the student body, the office has high engagement with various functions throughout the university.
