POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re a registered Private Career College in the Etobicoke area that’s offering a Full-Time, in-person Student Services Coordinator position for those who excel in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Administrative experience in the Education Sector would be an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for student concerns and as needed for their academic and professional development.
  • Managing student files (electronic and hard copy) and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Document progress and attendance issues, reach out to students as necessary.
  • Order, inventory tracking and distribute supplies for all students, prepare orientation materials, software vouchers, ODP prep, datasheet creation, post-grad correspondence, etc.
  • Monitor practicum support and tracking attendance & academic progress in liaison with WSIB.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports, including student progress reports, attendance reports, graduation process by checking file compliance.
  • Event planning for student, staff and professional development days
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ATC Management.
