POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Student Services Coordinator who is organized, personable, and proactive. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current students, provide program information, and support various administrative functions. You’ll also assist in encouraging program enrollment through friendly, informative interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in both Russian and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in grammar and spelling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, friendly, and adaptable attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent (admin certification is an asset)
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility required)
