We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Student services Officer in Sydney CBD who will be a key member of the Compliance team, provide general administration guidance and support to the Student Services/Admissions Departments and all areas of the College, when needed.

Successful candidates will be required to:

  • Ensure that the RTO maintains compliance with the regulatory standards for RTOs
  • Data entry, record management and monitor accuracy and consistency in documentation and student Data Management system (RTOManager, Moodle - eLearning)
  • Assist students in all areas of their enrolment (processing necessary paperwork, interpreting data and conveying accurate information regarding attendance, course progress and payments)
  • Calling students and follow – up
  • Manage and maintain all Compliance and Student Record Intervention – in relation to Attendance, Academic performance and any other Requests
  • Provide general administrative support to Academic, Student Services, Marketing, Admissions – issuing of Offer Letters and eCoes, and all areas of the college as would be required
  • Understand and provide accurate information about the College’s courses, timetable, policies and procedures
  • Perform Administrative/Reception (answering phone calls, address to students needs in reception desk), Academic and Marketing support functions, including Admissions when required

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Smiling approachable personality – candidate must have the right attitude like willing to learn, friendly, cooperative, team-player, motivated and enthusiastic

  • Experience with RTOManager and eLearning (Moodle) Platform
  • Meeting deadlines in monitoring student attendance and academic progress
  • Effective implementation of intervention policy to ensure student comply with their visa conditions
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), organisational and time management skills
  • Good planning and organisation skills and an impeccable attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint (minimum)
  • A willingness to work flexible hours & do what is required when the college cycle requires it
  • Permit to work in Australia
