KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Is responsible for generating cash collection via pro-active calls and emails to meet cash collection objectives . Pro-actively calls , emails, and runs reports to assigned clients on a regular basis to achieve business objectives related to cash collection and by that to achieve revenue to the organization . Our customers need to be served in a way that ensures getting the best support and service . AUTHORITY Cash collection – For relevant customers - Uses portals - Uploads invoices and runs reports .
