Team Carney, a dynamic performance development company supporting government contracts, is seeking a Student Success Academic Program Coordinator. Our coordinators possess a combination of skills and experience that enable them to effectively support a military academic program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide resources, support, guidance, and critical problem-solving discussions to assist students in finding their degree major
  • Assist students by providing program information and information at Partnership Institutions
  • Assist with developing a plan of study and enrollment in courses,
  • Work well within the team of enrollment or Student Success (STS) coaches, Registrar, Tech Team, Admissions/Enrollment, Command Senior Enlisted Leader.
  • Address questions received via email, cases, or calls from a variety of sources such as: Military Commands, Partnership Institutions, Applicants, and students
  • Attend and participate in meetings and live events with potential applicants, students, and Partner Institutions. Student coordinator will annotate attendance, as well as meeting minutes.
  • Address questions received to access support resources, understand key deadlines, as well as inquiries about the required steps to register for courses, succeed in their current coursework, and maximize their progress within their program of study.
  • Collect and monitor a variety of data records and continually attempt to improve efficiency based on established performance measures. The Student Coordinator must keep accurate records and be well-organized to ensure data collected from student interactions is valid and usable by other parts of the organization.
  • Provide administrative services, including but not limited to consolidated insights, prepare, and publish agendas, as well as attend staff / group information sessions and live virtual meetings.
  • Update Expiration of Active Obligate Service (EOAS) or End of Active Service (EAS) dates for applicants and students to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
  • Preemptively follow up with any of their students who are perceived to be struggling, at risk of not passing, or not actively participating in the course.
  • Monitor command approval change request forms, and update data records in a timely manner to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
  • Disseminate weekly newsletters and/or announcements to students enrolled in respective courses
  • Update salesforce templates for email campaigns as needed
