What You'll Do - Every Day with Purpose You’ll support an assigned group of students through proactive advising, coaching, and outreach that empowers them to persist, progress, and graduate. Student Advising & Support Guide students with course planning, scheduling, study strategies, and time and stress management Coach students in professionalism, academic integrity, and student conduct expectations Provide consistent, proactive outreach to encourage academic success and engagement Identify, monitor, and support at-risk students with timely interventions and resources Connection & Engagement Plan and implement student workshops and monthly student appreciation initiatives Assist with orientation, graduation, and other key student events (as applicable) Foster a supportive, student-centered experience whether working remotely or on campus Collaboration & Administration Document student interactions accurately in the student information system Communicate with students via email, phone, text, and help desk channels in a timely and caring manner Collaborate with university partners to support holistic student success Attend departmental meetings and professional trainings Understand and comply with FERPA and university policies What's In It For You We believe supporting our people allows them to support our students at the highest level.
