Student Success Coach The mission for this role is to be team members who provide students access to a quality high school education through the ThrivePoint system. Student Success Coaches have a genuine passion for supporting at-risk students. They believe ALL students can be successful when given access to opportunities to identify, build, and achieve their academic and personal goals with proper support. * Work daily with student in-person and virtually * Work closely with content teacher * Ensure that students are completing assigned tasks * Ensure that students receive appropriate support and interventions * The Student Success Coach will guide students using standardized benchmarks, review course progress * Communicate with student, parents, teachers and site leadership * Hours are 7:30 pm to 4:00 pm Qualifications: * Associates degree would be preferable * Must have a High School Diploma * Must have current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card This is not an online position Job Type: Full-time
