REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s and 1+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.

DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced experience managing systems/CRMs (Slate CRM expertise required)
  • Extensive experience with systems operations, database management, and process development, especially as they relate to ERP and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with various databases and office applications including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge in areas such as business process design and business operations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
  • Project management and organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.
  • Must have capability to multi-task and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to collaborate and build strong effective working relationships across departments/offices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Significant experience working in higher education, business, operations or related field.
  • Experience working in an admissions or enrollment area with knowledge of admissions policies, procedures, and terminology.
    Experience as a functional lead on an implementation project for an enterprise level software.

Responsibilities

The Student Success Systems Manager will serve as the Slate Captain - the primary functional and technical expert - for the Slate CRM admissions instance and is a key member of the Student Success Operations team. This role leads the design and implementation of recruitment and enrollment processes across units, driving continuous improvement and effective communication. Through strategic use of technology, the position enhances the student experience, streamlines workflows, ensures data integrity, and supports institutional goals through collaboration and analysis.
