WE’RE HIRING: STUDENT SUCCESS TEAM LEAD

We are currently seeking a Student Success Team Lead to lead our team of tutors throughout the Mississauga area, oversee academic programming, meet or exceed enrolment targets, and ensure an outstanding experience for students and families.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
  • Deep understanding of the Ontario Curriculum.
  • Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance, and reliable vehicle for travel.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with curriculum development or academic planning is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Student Success Team Lead you oversee the success of our tutoring programs by guiding tutors, oversee learning plans, communicating with families, and ensuring that every student receives personalized, impactful learning support.
This is a leadership role that combines program development, tutor support, family communication, and operational coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTUTOR RECRUITMENT, TRAINING & SUPPORT

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified tutors with strong teaching experience.
  • Deliver training sessions to ensure consistency with the company’s methodology and values.
  • Provide ongoing professional development and conduct periodic session evaluations.
