Position: Student Support Advisor
Hours: 30 hours per week over 4 days (Term Time)
Salary: £25,096.50 FTE (The actual salary will be pro-rata based on 30hrs term time working - 45 weeks)
Location: Ipswich
Start Date: 1st October - PD days to be attended in September

DESIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Student Support Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting learners by offering impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues, including personal, academic, financial, disabilities, specific learning difficulties, mental health, and wellbeing. Your role will involve providing pastoral support from the point of enrolment and throughout their learning journey, including welfare and attendance.
