Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Student Support and Development Officer to join the Teaching, Learning and Student Experience team. The successful candidate will lead the Student Support and Wellbeing team and be responsible for comprehensive management of student success and development activities, focusing on the learning and individual needs of undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate taught (PGT) students.
This role involves working closely with leaders in Professional Services (PS) to embed a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of our operations.
As well as working within SALC, the role will require significant cross-organisational working with senior academic and professional services colleagues across the, Faculty and wider University, delivering a high quality, student focused service and promoting a single team culture.
