OUR COMMITMENT:
Amber Charter Schools understands specific groups are subject to marginalization. We believe these powerful groups should be centered in our community and are highly encouraged to apply. We are an Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation/affectional preference, gender (including gender nonconformity, status as a transgender or transsexual individual, and gender identity or expression), sexual and reproductive health decisions, national origin, ethnicity, ancestry, citizenship, age, familial status, partnership status, caregiver status, pregnancy status, uniformed service, military and veteran status, employment status, disability, political affiliation, height, weight or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law, rule or regulation.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Join a team that’s dedicated to making a real difference in students’ lives. As a Student Support Associate, you’ll be a trusted champion for our scholars—offering encouragement, guidance, and personalized support to help them navigate academic challenges and reach their full potential. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with students, collaborate with teachers and families, and help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels seen and supported. Your impact will go beyond the classroom as you contribute to school events and bring our community closer together.
We’re looking for someone who brings passion, empathy, and strong communication skills to the table—and who thrives in a collaborative, student-centered environment. A flexible schedule is a plus, as you’ll occasionally participate in evening events that celebrate and uplift our school community.
