STUDENT SUPPORT MANAGER (FURTHER & HIGHER EDUCATION)
Location: Access Creative College Plymouth
Reporting to: Head of Campus
Responsible for: Learner Service Advisor/ DBS staff
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £33-£35K per annum
ABOUT THE ROLE
To lead and coordinate all learner support services on campus, including safeguarding, wellbeing, exams, and learning support. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery of student interventions and support, ensuring compliance, inclusion, and high-quality learner experience across FE and HE contexts.
