POSITION SUMMARY
The Student Support Services Officer will be responsible for providing information and customer service to support students navigate through the various stages of the student lifecycle. Reporting to the Student Support Services Manager, the incumbent will act as the first point of contact for students and contribute to a strong, positive student experience by creatively responding to and resolving student queries.
