QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors from an accredited college or university in Elementary Education, Counseling, Social Work or related discipline
• Masters Degree in related area preferred.

• Travel between schools or district buildings may be required at times
  Reports To: Building Principal

  Evaluation: Completed annually by Principal

• Supports individual students
• BARR Team Member
• Assist with Behavior Plan creation & support
• Facilitates small student social groups (“friends,” “social skills” groups etc.)
• Support school and class positive behavior interventions
• Support individual student, class, and whole school Restorative practices
• Collaborates closely with the Family Engagement Coordinator to support CCHS students and families
• Member of First Ten and Community School Teams
