We are seeking a Student Systems and Processes Training and Support Officer to join our team, reporting to the Senior Team Leader Systems and Processes within the Academic Registry Team. In this role, you are responsible for providing comprehensive training and expert-level support across TAFE Gippsland, ensuring alignment with the goals of the Student Operations teams and broader functions. You will play a key role in helping stakeholders across the organisation understand and meet their obligations related to Student Management Systems.
You will work closely with new and existing systems users to enhance their knowledge of student lifecycle activities within our Student Management Systems. Through your guidance, you will help users comprehend their responsibilities, internal processes, and the potential consequences of non-compliance. This collaborative role aims to foster a strong understanding of compliance requirements and drive successful outcomes across the organisation.
