*Please Note:  Priority consideration will be given to students with a Federal Work Study award.   Job Description: Duties will include providing assistance to both Tech Support offices, 207 and the Baker Commons. Duties will include answering tech support phone; greeting guests in the Baker Commons and helping with faculty/staff technology; help accessing Wi-Fi; questions regarding myTC3 including: myInfo, myMail and myWeb Courses; students will image, deploy, and set up computers for faculty/staff, computer labs and smart classrooms. Students will respond to the classroom for support of technology. In addition, students will deliver and set up technology for events.   Job Requirements: A good understanding of customer service, with experience a plus, but not required. A basic understanding of computers and Windows operating systems including 7, 8, 8.1. and 10. A basic understanding of installing and troubleshooting computers, printers, etc. Taking courses for a CIS or CSS program, is beneficial, but not required.    Hourly Rate: $16.00
