Veterinary Purchasing Co. Ltd. (VP) located in St. Marys, Ontario, is the largest veterinary owned distributor in Canada. Our primary purpose is to ensure that Veterinarians have the supplies they need to provide healthcare to all types of animals. Be a part of the Supply Chain Industry and join our team. We are currently looking for likeminded individuals to join our Operations team in a Student Warehouse Associate role.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Must be a minimum of 15 years of age
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Pick and verify product orders to ensure accuracy.
• Pack orders to ensure product is not damaged during transport and that all shipping labels are applied, as required.
• Maintain warehouse to ensure that the proper amount of product is available and that shelves are neat and free of excess packaging material and debris.
• Complete daily warehouse preparation jobs, as assigned.
• Understand and follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
  Note: This position requires employees to walk/stand for the entirety of their shift, and lift up to 50lbs, as needed.
