*Please Note:  Priority consideration will be given to students with a Federal Work Study award.   Job Description: Employment at the Call Center/Enrollment Service Center where you will answer phones in a very fast-paced environment. The representative will be expected to answer phone calls and questions for all departments in the Enrollment Service Center, multitask, transfer calls, and miscellaneous office duties as assigned.   Job Requirements: Customer-focused, customer/student service, data entry skills, listening and verbal communication skills, phone skills and attention to detail. Must have the ability to focus in a noisy, fast-paced environment, be reliable and dependable. Daily work attire and conduct should be appropriate for a busy professional environment.   Hourly Rate: $16.00
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and address questions for all departments within the Enrollment Service Center. Perform multitasking, call transfers, and various miscellaneous office duties in a fast-paced environment.
