*Please Note:  Priority consideration will be given to students with a Federal Work Study award.   Job Description: Employment at the Call Center/Card Office in the Panther Welcome Center where you will answer phones in a very fast-paced environment. The representative will be expected to answer phone calls and questions for all departments in the Panther Welcome Center, multitask, transfer calls, and miscellaneous office duties as assigned. The Card office provides Student ID's, Bus passes.  Dailey tasks require printing. ID's, processing reports, and cash receipts.   Job Requirements: Customer-focused, customer/student service, data entry skills, listening and verbal communication skills, phone skills and attention to detail. Must have the ability to focus in a noisy, fast-paced environment, be reliable and dependable. Daily work attire and conduct should be appropriate for a busy professional environment.   Hourly Rate: $16.00
Responsibilities
The representative will answer phone calls and address questions for all departments within the Panther Welcome Center, requiring multitasking and call transfers. Daily tasks also involve printing IDs, processing reports, and handling cash receipts at the Card Office.
