This is a full-time post.
The role will be based at Imperial’s South Kensington Campus, although there will be a requirement to visit other sites. Hybrid working will be considered for this role.
The role is part of the central Student Support Service. The role is partially based in the Centre of Environmental Policy, with responsibility for student casework in that Centre.
The role manages a group of Student Wellbeing Advisers who are locally based within Departments across the university and across campuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you have a strong background in student wellbeing, service delivery and leadership?
We are looking for an organised and driven individual who is interested in working in a senior wellbeing role, leading a team to provide high level welfare support and advice to students across all Departments in the Faculty of Natural Sciences (FoNS), and to postgraduate students in the Faculty of Medicine (FoM).
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING
You will be responsible for leading a team of Student Wellbeing Advisers across two Faculties, providing a high-quality advice service. You will work with staff in Departments to enhance student support, contributing to a more positive student experience. You will work closely with central services to develop and deliver student wellbeing initiatives. You will be able to work without close supervision, as well as being a strong team player who can influence and lead change.
