The role

Key responsibilities include:

• providing accessible wellbeing and pastoral care support
• supporting students with social, emotional, relational and school-engagement challenges
• delivering small-group early intervention and capacity-building programs, including social skills, resilience and relationships
• facilitating lunchtime activities, clubs and opportunities that strengthen belonging and connection
• identifying emerging concerns and supporting appropriate referral where required
• working collaboratively with staff, families and external professionals
• contributing to whole-school wellbeing initiatives
• maintaining appropriate records, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
