We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of STUDENT WORK PLACEMENT INTERN Principal responsibilities Continuously provide high quality Hong Kong MPF / Provident Fund administrative services to achieve maximum client satisfaction within the specific scope defined by the PLA. Acquire updated program, workflow and product knowledge and apply it independently to daily work. Process internal and external client requests and ensure they meet internal service standards and external compliance requirements Identify and report common or infrequent fraud/error/irregular transactions and may make follow-up recommendations beyond their authority. Build positive relationships with peers, participate in team meetings/events, and promote teamwork. Requirements College degree or above Basic knowledge of MS Office applications Have good English reading and writing skills Able to arrange multiple daily tasks reasonably, deal with various problems in time and ensure accuracy Flexibility in shift work Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
