PART-TIME JOB AS STUDENT WORKER AT ZURICH INSURANCE

We are seeking a customer centric, engaging and motivated student to join our Claims department in Oslo!
This position provides an excellent introduction to the world of insurance, offering the opportunity to be part of our claims team while also collaborating across different departments. With us, you will have the chance to engage in a variety of administrative tasks and become part of one of the world’s leading insurance groups.

ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Student worker, you will be responsible for managing claims and providing support to other functions in their daily activities. Your main duties will include processing claims, system administration, and assisting our Underwriting Service Department with their tasks.
We are seeking an individual who is eager to enter the insurance industry and is currently studying at university level. To succeed in this role, you must be organized and capable of delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. There are excellent opportunities for extension, and we hope you will join us on our journey to success.
You will be hired on an hourly basis with flexible working hours. We expect you to be available to work approximately two days a week at the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have at least one year remaining in your university studies
• Fluency in Norwegian and strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required
• Service minded, communicative and flexible
• Strong ability to co-operate with both colleagues and customers
• Demonstrated system knowledge is preferred
