Come join our Human Rights, Reporting & Responsible Sourcing team and play your part in implementing human rights due diligence across our value chain and deliver solid processes for sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities:

As student worker in the Human Rights, Reporting & Responsible Sourcing team, you will:

  • Support the facilitation of the LEGO Group Double Materiality Assessment to ensure compliance with CSRD requirements; and the transition to a new sustainability reporting framework.
  • Support the build-up of an internal data repository and mechanism to enable effective management of customer and partner requests on sustainability. This includes managing incoming requests in collaboration with stakeholders from across the business.
  • Support various human rights and responsible sourcing initiatives such as risk and impact assessments, supply chain mapping, benchmarking, modern slavery reporting, policy development and tracking of existing and upcoming legislations
  • Collect, analyse and interpret external developments, trends, key insights, peers best practices in the area,
  • Generate comprehensive executive summary of relevant reports and papers to increase knowledge sharing internally.
  • Support with presentations, reporting and corporate strategy management.
  • Identify IT systems and tools to support the team objectives and foster improvements in productivity and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
