• It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker and have approx. two years of study left.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for interpreting data and crafting compelling stories
• Familiarity with Excel for data preparation and analysis, and PowerPoint for engaging presentations.
• Knowledge and passion to further develop your skills and understanding of advanced analytics skills including exploring the opportunities to use AI in your work.
• Excellent communication abilities, with advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Can work independently interacting with many different stakeholders across different regions and teams.
• Have attention to detail to ensure quality in your tasks and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• The location is a Billund based opportunity only.

In this exciting position, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of people insights & analytics, crafting innovative reporting and business intelligence solutions that truly make an impact.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create Reporting & Analytics Solutions: Design and build tailored reporting solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders across the LEGO Group
• Request Management: Manage incoming requests through our Service Desk platform, helping to refine and assign tasks to team members
• Advanced Analytics Projects: Contribute to exciting experiments in advanced analytics, including statistical analysis and AI initiatives
• Collaborative Recommendations: Working alongside the team, providing input and your own perspectives to improve processes and ways of working.
  As part of the People Insights & Analytics team, we develop people data platforms & powerful analytical tools that inform people-related decisions. We also maintain a diverse catalogue of reporting solutions designed to enhance operational insights and decision-making processes.
  You will get plenty of responsibility combined with great team spirit.
