ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll join our Danish People team of four colleagues, based at Ellab’s headquarters in Hillerød. We work professionally with HR and organizational development, primarily focusing on the Danish organization, but also in close collaboration with our global colleagues. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and we value an informal and helpful culture in our daily work.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that give you insight into the entire employee journey – from onboarding to internal communication and global projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Maintaining employee data and HR systems
• Administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding
• Supporting recruitment processes and employer branding
• Managing employee associations and gift programs
• Contributing to internal events and communication
• Administering the ticket system/shared mailbox
  You’ll have a broad interface across the organization, so it’s important that you enjoy collaboration, are service-minded, and thrive in a dynamic environment with many tasks in play.

You’ll receive thorough training and close support from great colleagues who will help you grow in your role.
