The Drive Unit Inverter Product Design team is responsible for the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of a new generation of in-house power electronics to support Ford’s next generation of electric vehicle drive systems. As a Mechanical Design Engineer on this team, you will be responsible for designing / executing tests, building prototype parts and tools, and working closely with your peers to help bring this new platform to life.
Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will design and execute tests, build prototype parts and tools, and collaborate with peers to develop a new platform for electric vehicle drive systems. Your work will contribute to the design, prototyping, testing, and validation of in-house power electronics.
