JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Student Worker in Sales Support and Digital Marketing at OnRobot, you will support both sales operations and digital marketing. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work across digital channels, assist with sales operations and lead generation, and contribute to the success of a global commercial team in the robotics industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently studying a relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communication)
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken) – both are required, additional languages are considered a plus
  • Interest in B2B digital marketing and/or sales support
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools like Google Ads, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar is an advantage
Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Supporting our partners when needed – Respond to inquiries, provide product information or documentation, and assist with onboarding materials or training coordination.
  • Order fulfillment – Help process and track orders in coordination with our logistics team, ensuring timely updates and communication with partners and customers.
  • Assist with work in Salesforce – Update CRM records, manage contacts, and ensure sales opportunities and activities are properly documented.
  • Handle loaner procedure – Set up loan agreements and coordinate the shipment, tracking, and return of demo/loaner units used for customer trials or exhibitions.
  • Market research – Research potential customers, competitors, and market trends to support strategic decisions and lead generation. General reporting.
