Student Worker – Summer Camps/Conferences Event Lead   Number of Openings: 1   Purpose/Objective of the Role:  Lead Staff are often the first person a guest comes in contact with while on-campus attending a summer camp or conference. A Lead Staff’s primary responsibility is to provide efficient and quality hospitality and customer service to our guests.   Tasks & Responsibilities: * Serve as live-in campus liaison for assigned summer camps/conference groups and assist with general summer * camp/conference administration * Serve as on-call representative for assigned groups for the duration of the groups’ stays * Follow-through on guest requests, concerns, and questions in a courteous and timely manner * Lead or Assist with check-in and check-out operations * Manage rental linens for the group, if applicable * Deliver any mail or packages for the group * Report any damage and inventory missing keys and swipe cards * Assist with room setups as needed * Submit repair and cleaning requests as necessary * Other duties as assigned  Qualifications:  * Strong communication skills * Detail-oriented and organized * Ability to work with a variety of personalities * Knowledge of OWU Campus, facilities, policies, and resources * Strong commitment to hospitality and customer service * Positive, accommodating attitude * Punctual and independently motivated.
