JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

If you join us, you will be responsible for all student and intern recruitment, ensuring a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will also play a key role in optimizing our talent acquisition processes, working with data, and helping to make our recruitment setup even more efficient.

  • Work with data and reporting in Excel to analyze hiring trends and recruitment metrics.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that help us attract top talent.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc HR and recruitment-related tasks that support the Talent Acquisition team.
