Job Summary: Will assist full time maintenance employees in the performance of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance duties. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive University Vehicles. Individuals may be required to work some weekends, holidays, and mandatory days. Experience and Qualifications: Must maintain a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Maintain acceptable work habits, punctuality, and regularity of attendance to arrive and leave work on time and observe establish break and lunch times. Ability to effectively communicate and follow oral instructions in English. Ability to effectively read written instructions, signs, and products in English. Adhere to University protocol relating to safety procedures. Adhere to the policies and procedures established by Franklin Pierce University. Accept and render feedback in a professional manner. Carry out all responsibilities and objectives in a professional manner. **Federal Work Study (FWS) students are encouraged to apply.**
