JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new students. his role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and students recruitment managers. A background in students recruitment for universities, students Advisor and familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role in students function is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management strategies is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using ATS software such as Salesforce, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective candidate engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
