You will develop hands-on HR skills in recruitment, contracts and program delivery within a supportive careers team. What you will deliver: Support coordination and delivery of Students@Work employment programs, with a focus on Narrm Scholar initiatives. Manage end-to-end casual recruitment processes, including advertising, application screening, interviews, Workday contracts, induction and onboarding. Provide responsive advice to students and hiring managers, ensuring accurate information and consistent, high-quality service. Maintain systems and data to promote roles, track candidates, capture outcomes and support program evaluation and reporting. Contribute to professional development activities and assessment centres, including logistics, communications, registrations and attendance tracking. You may be a great fit if you: Hold relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, with understanding of HR principles, recruitment and employment practices. Demonstrate strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail, time management and ability to meet deadlines. Bring experience in recruitment coordination or candidate care, ideally using applicant tracking systems such as Workday. Show commitment to equity, inclusion and supporting students from diverse and priority backgrounds, including Narrm Scholars. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, tailoring messages for students, academic staff and professional stakeholders.
