THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a professional, organized, and client-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our Pilates Studio. This role blends administration, client care, and operational support — ensuring every guest experience is seamless, memorable, and impactful.

Responsibilities
  • Own the client journey → welcome, onboard, and retain members.
  • Manage operations → handle bookings, payments, schedules, and reporting.
  • Be our studio ambassador → manage queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and in-person with

professionalism.

  • Support studio growth → promote memberships, assist in events, and encourage client engagement.
  • Uphold excellence → maintain high standards of hygiene, studio readiness, and professionalism.
  • Inventory & supplies → monitor supplies, reorder essentials proactively and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in marketing efforts & client engagement → keep customer database updated, help execute campaigns, social media updates, promotions, and client communications.
  • Problem-solve proactively → identify operational gaps and implement solutions for efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with instructors → coordinate schedules, class feedback, and client preferences.
